Brouge Morgan shares with us her poem, “Suspension on Disbelief” for the seventh issue of The Burgundy Zine.

This poem, along with another poem by Morgan, will appear in our digital magazine on July 28th.

Stop.

Do not enter here with doubts and fears cloaked about you.

Please, leave them at the door.

We provide a coat rack there, very organized, very neat,

every hook complete with a label ‘doubts’ ‘fears’ and most importantly, ‘disbelief’

So come and enter, do, but first take a look and shed yourself of these unpleasant things.

They’ll be waiting,

still,

at the door and in replacement,

we offer angel wings.
