Sleek, modern, and symbolic, The Burgundy Zine is proud to announce we have a new logo – and it’s all thanks to the incredible work of Henry Salas, a.k.a. @themouthartist on Instagram!

Salas carefully designed the logo to encompass all aspects of our community: the “bd” are not only representative of the burgundy glasses worn by editor burgundy bug, but they also resemble music notes.
The layout of the letters and contemporary aspect has a very scientific feel to it, while the butterfly ties in the artistic aspect of The Burgundy Zine: the pride we take in creative liberty and self-expression.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our new logo! Salas was an absolute pleasure to work with. He feel he truly captured the spirit of The Burgundy Zine and blended all of our qualities so fluidly.
