1. Remove the mouthpiece by untwisting it from the glass tank cartridge.
2. Fill tank with a vaporizer oil.
3. Power on/off: click the button five times.
4. Change voltage settings: click the button three times.
5. Preheat mode: click the button twice.
6. Puff, inhale, and enjoy!

Right off the bat, the CBD Five Vape Pen Starter Kit gives you everything you need to get into vaping: the cartridges, pen, and charger, ready to be loaded with your favorite CBD oil.

I love how sleek, smooth, and modern the pens are. They’re easy to hold, handle, and exactly what I’m looking for in a 510 vaporizer pen. Plus, the rainbow color is downright eye candy.

I also really appreciate how versatile the pens are, giving users the option to alternate between three settings.

“The pen is slim but still has a very nice weight to it,” XtaSeay said. “It’s easy to manage and really discrete.”

Unfortunately, we didn’t have any CBD oil, so we decided to try the pens out with Fresh Farms Sour Chew E-Juice.

We were unsuccessful in getting it to work with the devices in the 1.0ml tank and in the 0.5ml tank, regardless of the voltage we set the pen on.

Luckily, we did have a few medical marijuana tanks on hand to try instead.

“It’s very smooth and efficient,” XtaSeay said after a few inhalations of our other products. “Really smacks the tank. The batteries are great.”

Bug’s Two Cents

The CBD Five Vape Pen Starter Kits are delightful.

The pens themselves are high quality, designed with love, and very dynamic.

Although we were unable to get the tanks to work with Sour Farms’ e-juice, the pens worked perfectly with our other products.

I highly recommend these kits to anyone looking to dip their toes in vaping CBD oil. It includes everything you need to get started, and at an incredibly affordable price, too!

These kits are also great for those looking to expand their vape pen collection, replace what they currently have, or invest in a vaporizer specifically tailored for CBD products.

XtaSeay’s Two Cents

“The batteries were excellent,” XtaSeay said. “Incredibly efficient. My only issue with these kits are the tanks.”

XtaSeay said he was able to fill the tanks easily, however, they weren’t compatible with our e-juice.

“No vapor came out, just air,” XtaSeay said. “Air and e-juice that splattered all over my tongue. I couldn’t get the tanks to heat up with any of our other pens, either.”

Before publishing this review, we investigated the issue further. While we couldn’t find anyone who was experiencing similar difficulties with the refillable tanks, we did try troubleshooting them based on this article from CBD Five’s website.

But alas, no luck.

Other than that, XtaSeay said he was very happy with the batteries and has enjoyed using them with our other medical marijuana tanks.
