Ah, nothing like a nice cartridge of blue lemonade on a summer’s day, right?

Fellow medical marijuana patient XtaSeay and I review a different strain of cannabis purchased from dispensaries in Pennsylvania.

If you are interested in learning more information or having us review your product, please contact us.

Blue Lemonade is a 1:1 cannabidiol (CBD) heavy strain, so it’s more of a “body high” then a mental trip.

A Bit of Context…

This strain was manufactured by Terrapin, a cultivator and processor that originated in Boulder, Colo a decade ago, according to their website.

Terravida began operating in Pennsylvania in 2017 and opened their own facility in Avis, Pa in Nov 2017.

Since then, they have been a leading provider of medicinal cannabis flower and vape cartridges, among other products, across dispensaries throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

Blue Lemonade Review

“Blue Lemonade’s effects are very therapeutic and uplifting,” XtaSeay said. “It’s relaxing, but I still feel productive after vaporizing it.”

The high CBD content provides users a smooth balance of physical benefits without overwhelming cognitive effects.

One of the first effects I notice shortly after vaporizing Blue Lemonade is the calm that crashes over my body. More specifically, how relaxed my digestive tract feels. I experience almost complete relief from nausea and cramping.

“If I use a lot of this strain, I do get a little paranoid,” XtaSeay said. “It’s wonderful in low doses, though.”

Mentally, I don’t necessarily notice much of a difference. Like XtaSeay, I may feel a bit paranoid if I take a few big gulps inhalations of Blue Lemonade.

Otherwise, it’s more of a subtle mood uplift and general sense of being at ease.

As for the flavor, Blue Lemonade is a bit tarty with a sweet, somewhat plant-like aftertaste.

“It really does taste like Blue Lemonade,” XtaSeay said.

Bug & XtaSeay’s Review

3.8 out of 5 glasses of blue lemonade on a summer afternoon

I really enjoy the physical effects of Blue Lemonade.

It’s a great strain for anti-inflammation, digestive relief, as well as general pain alleviation. I’d highly recommend this cartridge for anyone who has Crohn’s Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), upper GI issues, or chronic pain.

It’s important to bear in mind how subtle the cognitive and behavioral effects of Blue Lemonade are. It’s an incredibly light mood enhancer, which is great for alleviating anxiety without feeling overwhelmed by a sort of euphoria.

However, it’s very easy to keep taking inhalations of the cartridge, chasing some sort of “mental high” until you’ve gone overboard and dived off the deep end into a state of cannabis-induced paranoia.

Take it slow and lay low. Don’t expect to feel much different mentally after using Blue Lemonade. Just relax and let the CBD work it’s magic on your endocannabinoid system.
