Call us goofy or downright consumeristic, but we’re total suckers for Valentine’s Day here at The Burgundy Zine.
Weekly Recap
We began this week by inviting you to contribute to our first bi-monthly magazine, “The Burgundy Zine #14: Healing,” which is scheduled for release on March 28th.
Then, we tuned-in to an interview with the New Jersey-based alt-rock band Wave Break and reviewed London-based alt-pop singer Izzy Thomas’ latest single, “Mad.”
We also were very excited to announce the Institute of Childhood Preparedness is launching online training courses that you can register for now!
On Thursday, we discussed the default mode network and Julie Singh of TripOutside taught us about the health benefits of going outdoors.
On Friday, Mahik’s empowered us with her poem “Cut the Crap!”
Last but most certainly not least, Anita Richard gave us a few handy tips for dealing with erectile dysfunction.
Going Forward
Going forward, we’ll be releasing more health-themed content in the spirit of our upcoming issue’s topic. And of course, we’ll be throwing in a few Valentine’s related posts, as well.
There will be a very special edition of Tune-In Tuesdays released this week, so keep an eye and an ear out!
In the meantime, why not submit or pitch us a post for “The Burgundy Zine #14: Healing?” 😉
Until next week,
