Weekly Recap

We began this week with Fishspit’s firsthand account of electroconvulsive therapy on Tuesday.

Then, we tuned in to Marco DeLiso’s latest single, “Round & Round,” followed by an overview of the NASA Launch Services Program missions taking off this year.

On Wednesday, we discussed the financial success of Illinois’ adult-use cannabis legislation, which went into effect on Jan. 1.

Afterward, we talked about everything you need to know for entering the Vans Custom Culture contest this year.

On Thursday, Peter gave us advice for planning a trip around the world. Then, we took a deeper look at the BYOBottle Campaign, which is aimed at reducing the environmental impact of concerts and music festivals.

Last but not least, we invited all fellow zine-fiends to join The Burgundy Zine team. Whether you’re a writer, artist, or photographer, our digital magazine has a place for you.

We are still going to feature guest contributions, however, we will be counting on those who join our team to contribute content on a more regular basis.

Going Forward

Going forward, we are going to continue releasing content centered around our theme for this issue, “Dawn of a New Decade.” We are still accepting submissions for this issue, so don’t be a stranger!

Additionally, we are going to continue accepting applications to join our team. Again, don’t be a stranger – we don’t sting! If you think you’ve got what it takes to join our team, head on over to our applications page.

Finally, we have a special interview lined up for this week’s installment of Tune-In Tuesdays, so keep an ear out.

Until next week,
